Leave the bag on the porch

Out by 8:00 a.m. on your scheduled day. Our reusable Green Garmento bag is ideal, a regular bag is fine too. No need to be home; you'll get a text the moment we pick it up.

Items are inspected, individually tagged, and cleaned at our Livermore plant. They come back on hangers, sealed in your bag, with a delivery text so you know exactly when they land.

Routes start early. If the bag isn't on the porch by 8, we'll catch you next route.

No need to be home.

Pickups and deliveries are contactless. We'll text you a photo on delivery if you'd like.

Mix it freely.

Dry cleaning, wash & fold, comforters, throw it all in one bag. We sort at the plant.

Flag specialty items.

For leather, suede, wedding dresses, or anything unusual, drop a note in the app so we can quote it before processing.

Hold or skip anytime.

Going on a trip? Hit pause in the app. Pickups resume on the date you set, no email needed.

Tip in-app, not in the bag.

Drivers see every tip. No envelopes, no cash floating around with your shirts.

Is pickup & delivery actually free?

Yes, for every customer in our service area, with no minimum order. We make it back on volume; you make it back in time.

What if I'm a first-time customer?

Sign up online or text us your address. Your first pickup is the same as the hundredth: leave the bag on the porch by 8 a.m. and we'll handle everything from there.

How do you know which clothes are mine?

Every item is individually barcoded the moment it arrives at the plant. Tags are heat-sealed, washable, and tied to your account, not handwritten on slips of paper.

What about stains?

Point them out in the app or just leave them; we inspect every garment before cleaning. If something needs special treatment that may not work, we'll text you before trying.

Can I drop off in person instead?

Of course. Our San Ramon and Danville stores are open six days a week; both handle drop-off, pickup, and alterations.

What's the deal with the green bags?

They're reusable garment bags called Green Garmento. We rolled them out with a grant from StopWaste.org to replace single-use plastic. You get one on your first order; we wash it as it cycles through.
